Canada Post.
Per Canada Post, local shipping is estimated to arrive in 1-3 business days and regional shipping 3-6 business days.
Return shipping for the test kits is included in your purchase. We will include a return shipping label in the package. (Ontario only)
Once the package is sent through the mail, unfortunately it is in the hands of Canada Post and subject to their policies. As the packages are sent uninsured and via regular parcel mail, we advise you to contact Canada Post to inquire about finding the package and its whereabouts to see how it could be delivered to you.
For the return envelope for test kits, just contact our office, and we’ll send you a replacement!
Unfortunately, we don't offer a replacement warranty should you lose your detector/kit. Please contact us via email or phone to order a replacement.
We are the lab for the e-Perm test kit, and are located in Markham, Ontario.
Once the lab receives the package, measurement reports are typically available within 1-2 business days.
